This is an exciting opportunity to develop a bioprocess for a new product and shape the future of the cell-cultured meat industry. In this role, you will scale different mammalian cell lines to bench scale and beyond, and have the potential to grow with the company. In this position, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing mammalian cell culture process, including scale-up in bioreactors
- Designing and validating cellular and molecular quality control markers and pilot scale-up parameters towards cell-cultured meat production.
Desired Experience:
- BSc, MSc, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related engineering or life science discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience with a MSc or BSc degree.
- Technical knowledge and successful industry experience with upstream process development and scaling up.
- Experience working with small scale bioreactor systems.
