Join our planning team
We welcome trainees from any MIT department to join our team!
Our recruitment cycle takes place at the beginning of the fall semester, and details will be available on our website in September. Come chat with us at our booths at the student midway and ASA student fair to learn more about what MBG can do for you. We begin recruitment with a Fall Kick-off event where we explain what we do and bring in speakers from the biotech industry (past speakers have included the CEO of Moderna Stefane Bancel, Vice President of Preclinical Research & Early Development at Cullinan Oncology Jennifer Michaelson, Principal at Clearview Healthcare Partners Seth Berman and Director of Preclinical & Site Lead for Pharmacokinetics & Drug Metabolism at Amgen Dean Hickman). MBG member applications will be due shortly after the Kick-off. Kick-off details and application links will be shared on our website and in our weekly biotech newsletter (MBG Digest), so stay tuned! Once we have met you, read your application, and selected to join, we will help you find your ideal project team within our initiatives so you can get to work on exciting and meaningful biotech projects and event planning.
If you missed our fall recruitment cycle but still want to join the team, feel free to email biotech@mit.edu to let us know of your interest. You will be invited to attend our next general meeting where you can learn more about us. Afterwards, depending on position availability, we will schedule a fit interview and go from there.
