Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Purifying antigens, enzymes, and antibodies using standard purification techniques.
- Perform routine labeling of protein reagents with biotin/fluorophores.
- Characterizing detailed protein-protein molecule interactions via SPR, Fluorescence Polarization (FP), ITC, and Light Scattering.
- Developing biochemical assays, including enzymatic assays, to elucidate kinetics and mechanism of action of antibody candidates.
- Support antibody clone screening and selection efforts.
- Perform stability and develop-ability studies on antibodies to aid candidate selection.
- Management of CROs, including assay development and transfer.
