The Head of Process Development will have a significant impact on the company’s key deliverables and interact closely with the R&D and product development groups.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  • Apply scientific and engineering criteria to design and develop manufacturing processes, identify and execute process improvement/optimization strategies, and ensure successful scale-up for all products.
  • Develop and implement IP strategies for bioprocess technologies.
  • Build a team of scientists and engineers and provide them with technical leadership and strategic oversight.

Desired Experience:

  • B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent with 10 years experience in the biopharmaceutical, medical or biotech industry.
  • Mammalian cell culture bioprocess and media development.
  • Supervising technical staff including managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and troublehoot bio-manufacturing processes.
