The Entrepreneurship Initiative continued to build momentum coming out of the Fall semester with an all-new cast of all-star leaders working to plan and organize a wide range of events. This year marked the second event with RA Capital where we invited our members to learn from the experts about what it takes to determine what makes a good investment. Biotech can be a crowded space, and there is always a lot of exciting research and development happening quickly; determining where and how to allocate a fixed pool of capital to best effect is not only good for the company’s bottom line; it also helps drive innovation and bring effective new drugs to market to address previously unmet patient needs. Big shoutout to Arianne and Kevin with MBG, as well as Erich Scheller on the RA Capital team, for bringing this event to life.
