This role is pivotal as our clients are at the heart of what we do. The successful candidate will be responsible for building customer relationships and assisting clients with the use of our system, developing sales, and creating long term partnerships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES
- Build and strengthen Arctoris’ client relationships. Manage all related activities from presentations, facilitating meetings, agreeing scope of works through to client sign-off
- Preparation of research proposals and costings for clients and internal research programs
- Develop and manage technical and commercial communications between internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners, agencies, etc)
- Provide key reporting analysis internally and for clients to support and identify new strategies for growth
- Measure & report performance of accounts in line with KPI’s and OKR’s.
- Identify trends & insights to optimise growth
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and develop our service offering to continue to improve relationships and revenues
- Maintain strong relationships internally to ensure delivery and focus
