-Work in a team environment to support R&D through the development of novel therapies for unmet medical needs
-Specific techniques may include: aseptic techniques, assays, cell culture, in vitro/in vivo testing, ELISA, flow cytometry, gels, gene and protein analysis, HPLC, liquid/liquid extraction, mass spectrometry and Western blotting
-Learn data analysis, interpretation and scientific notebook maintenance
-Must be currently enrolled as a student in an accredited undergraduate academic program and have completed at least one year of study, with plans to return to school after the assignment
-Working towards a degree in the life sciences with some completed coursework in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, etc.
-Basic laboratory experience such as pipetting, molarity and concentration calculations
-Analyze and interpret data, maintain a scientific notebook
